Document Review and Technical Communication
On the morning of the visit, both sides first conducted a document review, focusing on the confirmation of product technical documents, quality management systems, and relevant certification documents, including ISO, CE, FDA, and other materials. At the same time, they had in-depth discussions on product standards and technical requirements that the customer was concerned about.
Visit to KST Production Workshop
Afterward, the customers visited the KST production workshop to learn about the actual applications of production equipment, as well as the complete process from component machining, assembly, to product inspection. During the visit, KST’s technical team demonstrated the angle seat valve lifetime test on site and introduced the production process of electric actuators, from machining and manufacturing, assembly, to performance testing.
Product Technical Exchange and Cooperation Discussion
During the communication session, both sides further discussed pneumatic actuators, electric actuators, angle seat valves, and automation valves based on the customer’s actual application requirements, and exchanged opinions on future cooperation directions.
From document review and workshop visits to product testing and technical communication, both sides spent a full day conducting comprehensive discussions and gained a deeper understanding of each other’s needs, laying a solid foundation for future project cooperation.
