Recently, a customer from Belarus visited the KST valve factory to learn more about the company’s products, production process, and quality control.
Meeting and Exchange to Learn About the Company and Products
On the day of the visit, both sides first held a discussion in the meeting room. We introduced KST’s development, main products, and application fields, and exchanged views on products such as ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, and actuators.
Visiting the Butterfly Valve Workshop with a Focus on High Performance and Triple Offset Butterfly Valves
Afterwards, the customer visited the butterfly valve production workshop, with a focus on understanding the structure, features, and applications of high performance and triple offset butterfly valves.
Workers were carrying out butterfly valve assembly and testing on site. The customer observed the product assembly process at close range and learned about sealing tests and related inspections before delivery.
Visiting the Control Valve Workshop to Learn About On-site Assembly
Next, the customer visited the control valve workshop, watched workers assemble control valves on site, and learned about the process from component assembly to final commissioning.
Through this visit, the customer gained a more direct understanding of KST’s products, production processes, and quality control, laying a good foundation for future cooperation and communication between both sides.
Face-to-face Communication for a Deeper Mutual Understanding
This factory visit allowed the Belarusian customer not only to see KST’s products, but also to gain a more direct understanding of the production, assembly, and testing processes behind them.
From the product introduction in the meeting room, to on-site assembly and testing in the butterfly valve workshop, and then to the actual assembly in the control valve workshop, both sides had in-depth exchanges on products and applications.
In the future, KST will continue to focus on product R&D, production, and quality control, providing global customers with more reliable valves, actuators, and automated fluid control solutions.
